Skopje, June 11th, 2021

The Information regarding the state of digital transformation in view of electronic services, key institutions, obstacles and next steps for digitalization was adopted on the last government session.

By the end of 2021, we will enable introduction of electronic system for automation of administrative procedures to at least 30% of state administration bodies, and by the end of 2024, the system will be introduced in all state administration bodies.

Steps undertaken so far for digital transformation:

• Interoperability platform

• Central Population Register

• National e-services portal

• Electronic Services Management Platform (eSDP)

• HRMIS - Human Resource Management Information System

• DMS - Electronic Document Management System

• Improvement of the IT infrastructure

The number of services on the National e-services portal is currently 137. There are ongoing arrangements with the Ministry of Interior Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Administration for management of births, marriages and deaths, and we will soon increase the number of e-services on the portal, including services provided by these institutions.
