Open government and cyber security are two key pillars in the digitization process

Today, the Minister of Information Society and Administration (MIOA), Admirim Aliti, had a meeting with with Mark K. Dietrich - Vice President of the East West Management Institute and Goran Lazarevski - Director of USAID's Civic Engagement Project (CEP).
Minister Aliti welcomed CEP's commitment to implementing strategic reforms, focused on accountability, transparency, justice and anti-corruption, to advance reforms and EU membership.
The interlocutors also discussed plans and challenges in relation to digitization, with special emphasis on cyber security projects.
Aliti also emphasized the importance of previous collaborations, such as the open government.
MIOA will remain a partner and supporter of every initiative in this direction, the parties have agreed to stay in touch, so that we can take other steps of cooperation.
