Today, the Minister of Information Society and Administration, Admir Aliti, had a working meeting with the Director General of the Customs Administration, Slavica Kutirov, and the Deputy Director, Muarem Asani.

The meeting focused on deepening the cooperation, which is assessed as successful, as well as the current state in terms of digitalization of services and promotion of their work. Among the topics addressed were Interoperability, the Central Registry and the National Document Management System - DMS.

The interlocutors pointed out the commitment to capacity building that will lead to efficient, transparent and accountable operations. Cooperation activities will be intensified and to that end, working groups will be established on both sides.

Digitalization as a process is of significant importance, it provides benefit to citizens and businesses and leads to greater efficiency of the administration and better services - it was concluded at the meeting.
