The Ministry of Information Society and Administration (hereinafter MISA) has prepared the Third Draft Annual Report on the implementation of the Action Plan (2018-2020) of the Public Administration Reform Strategy (hereinafter the PAR Strategy) for the period January - December 2020.

Namely, in accordance with the PAR Strategy with an Action Plan (2018 - 2022), monitoring and reporting on the reform process is carried out by MISA, and the same submits a Report on the implementation of the Action Plan every six months to the PAR Council and once a year to the Government. In order to ensure transparency in this process, the PAR Strategy envisages publication of the report on MISA’s web page, and after the publication and before their review at the sessions of the PAR Council, ensuring conduction of consultations and public debates with representatives of civil society organizations and all stakeholders.

In that regard, in order to ensure a quality report through an inclusive and transparent process and better organization and better discussion of the public debate, we call on the civil society sector and all stakeholders to submit their comments, questions and remarks on the Report by e-mail: srja@mioa.gov.mk no later than 07.06.2021 until 16:00 o’clock.
