RCC call for expert on free flow of data in WB region
The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is looking for an international expert with strong knowledge of and experience in data flow to support Western Balkan economies to achieve greater alignment with European Union by providing expert advice on harmonisation of standards and practices in free flow of non-personal data. The consultancy aims to support RCC in facilitating the preparation of the regional framework that enables free flow of non-personal data as well as provide insights on the interlinkages with free flow of personal data.
