Radoslav Nastasijevic Vardziski – Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation

Radoslav Nastasijevic Vardziski was born in 1987 in Kumanovo. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the European University in Skopje, majoring in Marketing Management in 2009, and obtained his master's degree in the same department in 2012. He graduated from the Academy of Graphic Design in 2005, as well as the Academy of Web Design in 2012, after which he actively works on projects in the field of graphic and web design.

Since October 2016, he has been working as the head of the web development department in an international marketing agency specializing in digital marketing, production and web development in Skopje, and later as the operations manager of the offices in Skopje, creating communication strategies, digital advertising strategies, web development applications and online stores, as well as other projects for several reputable companies in the domestic market and the US market.

In October 2019, he started working as an advisor for inter-municipal and cross-border cooperation in the Municipality of Kumanovo. In February 2021, he became the head of the Mayor's Support Department, and from June 2023 he was promoted to the head of the Department for Mayor and Council Support of Kumanovo Municipality, Information, Public Relations and Information Technology.

In 2020, he was hired as a lecturer in a private scientific institution for an IT program – Master in Digital Marketing, where he covered several subjects.

During his career, he actively works as an independent consultant and expert in the development of marketing strategies, management of digital communication channels, digital and web applications, advertising campaigns and public relations, for several local, regional and global brands. He speaks English very well.

In the area of ​​computer skills, he has knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Master Collection Suite (Adobe Certified Expert in PS, AI, Ac, ID), HTML, CSS, PHP, SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, Google Marketing Platform, WordPress, Mailchimp and others.
